All Applicable Terms, Policies, and Agreements
By providing any Item to SellBuddy or by selecting the box on the submission form that states you agree to this Seller Agreement you (a) acknowledge that you have read and understand all Terms, Policies, and Agreements listed; (b) represent that you have the capacity to enter into these Terms, Policies, and Agreements; and (c) accept these Terms, Policies, and Agreements, and agree that you are legally bound by their terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not participate in the service.
