When you put in an order, we’ll shoot you an email with a link to set up your delivery. The folks at our 3rd party delivery service will send you a text the day before, giving you a 3-hour arrival window. Now, do yourself a favor and measure those doorways and hallways ahead of time. You don’t want to find out the hard way that your new purchase isn’t getting through the front door!

Every item we sell gets the white-glove treatment – thoroughly inspected and cleaned with top-notch gear. We vacuum every inch of fabric, wipe down every solid surface, and even go the extra mile to extract stains and fix up minor flaws. If you have any doubts about how clean it is, give it a close look in person. If you’re not happy, we’ll give you a full refund.

You have 5 days to return an item if it’s not working out. But here’s the catch – you’ll need to bring it back to us yourself. So, if you opted for delivery, inspect it before the crew heads out, because they can’t make a return trip. We can’t refund delivery fees.
