How are photos reviewed?

We check for damage to decide if we can sell it. Any details you can share about what you paid, the brand, or any known issues will be helpful. We're committed to quality, so we're selective about what we accept.

Free Pickup & Removal

Pick a convenient date and we’ll remove your furniture for free.

How soon can you pick up?

We're usually available within a day or two, but it's best to plan at least a week ahead in case we're busier than usual. We only pick up on weekdays.

What time will you arrive?

When scheduling, you'll pick a 3-hour window in the morning or afternoon. Our team will arrive during that time and call when they're on the way.

Do I need to disassemble anything?

If something needs disassembly to be removed, please take it apart before we arrive. Our team won’t have time to assist and will need to leave behind any items they can’t remove.

Can my items be rejected in-person?

Yes, our team will do an in-person inspection to ensure nothing was missed in the photos. Because we're committed to quality, we can't pick up or sell damaged items. To minimize this risk, please send extra photos and clearly describe any known damage.

What happens to my items after you leave?

We take them back to our facility to be inspected, cleaned, photographed, stored, and sold.

Can I take my items back?

Once your items are submitted and picked up, ownership transfers to SellBuddy. Please consider this carefully before submitting, as you won’t be able to get the item back once it's in our possession.

What if my items don’t sell?

This is rare, but if we can't sell an item, we'll donate it to one of our charity partners. You'll be notified by email if this happens, and don't worry – you won't owe us anything.

My items sold. How much do I get?

On the second and fourth Friday of each month, we’ll email you a digital check along with a full breakdown of what sold and how much you earned. We’ll share the revenue based on the sale price:

Can I just donate my stuff and never hear from you again?

Yep! Select 'Donate Proceeds' when scheduling. Once we pick up the items, you won’t hear from us again. The items still need to be high quality and approved, as we still need to sell them.

We clean every item using industrial-grade equipment. Cleaning is a top priority for us, and we’re heavily invested in it. Our goal is to make everything look as good as new.

We offer delivery within the Denver metro area. You can also pick up at our facility for free.

Can I pick up at your facility?

Yep! When you choose to pick up at checkout, you’ll get an email with instructions and operating hours.

What’s the return policy?

If you pick up your purchase, you can return it within 5 days for a full refund. For delivery, please inspect your item carefully upon arrival. Once you sign off and the delivery team leaves, the purchase is final.
