How are photos reviewed?
We look at photos to check for damage and see if we can sell the item. It helps if you tell us what you paid, the brand, or any problems with it. We are picky about what we take because we only sell top-quality furniture.
What do you pick up?
We accept durable, top-quality furniture in great condition.
How soon can you pick up?
We can usually pick up in a day or two. Pickups are only on weekdays.
What time will you arrive?
You pick a 3-hour window in the morning or afternoon. Our team will arrive during that time and call when on their way.
How do I make money?
You get a share of the final sale price, like consignment. We use your item's brand, condition, and market data to set the price. The price lowers over time to help it sell faster.

When do I get paid?
We email digital checks that can be directly deposited or printed at the bank. Payments are sent on the second and fourth Friday of each month.
Is the furniture clean?
We clean every item using industrial-grade equipment. Cleaning is a top priority for us, and we’re heavily invested in it. Our goal is to make everything look as good as new.
Can I see an item in-person before purchasing?
Yes, you can browse all our inventory in our Denver showroom. However, due to high demand, items not purchased online in advance are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
How soon can you deliver?
We’re usually available in a day or two. We’ll confirm your time and send an appointment window by text the day before. Deliveries are only on weekdays.
Can I pick up at your facility?
Yes, please select "Pickup at store" during checkout.
What is your return policy?
You have 5 days to return an item. For deliveries, inspect it while the crew is there. If you don’t notify them before they leave, returns must be brought to our showroom within 5 days. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
